Please read the following terms before using Premiere. By making a reservation, you agree to these terms.

Please be advised that failure to comply with the terms set forth herein may result in refusal of service (including immediate eviction).

1. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
2. Please contact us if your check-in will be after 10:00 PM.
3. If you wish to change your check-in or check-out time, please notify us in advance.
4. Please be sure to inform us of your check-in time when making your reservation. This is necessary for the manager to prepare your room.
5. Utilities are included in the accommodation fee.
6. Guests staying at the facility are required to fill out the rental agreement with their name, address, and other details.
7. The base rate covers up to 2 guests. For 3 to 4 guests, an additional fee of ¥1,000 per night per person applies.
8. We sincerely apologize, but to prevent noise disturbances, we kindly ask that children aged 0 to 5 not stay overnight.
9. In some cases, children may be permitted to stay if discussed with the manager.
10. Entry and use by anyone other than the paying guest(s) is strictly prohibited.
11. If the number of guests increases from the reservation count, you must contact the facility and pay the additional fee (¥1,000 per night).
12. Failure to declare changes as per points 6 and 7 above, allowing unauthorized guests to stay, or refusing to pay the additional fee despite management's requests may result in immediate eviction of all guests. Please note that no refunds will be issued in such cases.
13. If the number of guests decreases, please notify us at least 7 days in advance (cancellation fees follow our facility's cancellation policy).
14. Please note that any bank transfer fees or PayPal processing fees (3.6% + ¥40) incurred due to refunds for reduced occupancy will be the guest's responsibility.
15. If you require a receipt, it will be provided at check-in. Please request an email receipt if needed.
16. The entire facility, including indoor areas and outdoor areas such as balconies and walkways, is strictly non-smoking, including e-cigarettes. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. (If evidence of indoor smoking is found, a deodorizing cleaning fee of ¥50,000 will be charged.)
17. Pets are not permitted.
18. In the unlikely event that an overbooking occurs due to our facility's fault, resulting in your reservation being declined, we will resolve the matter by paying you a maximum inconvenience fee of ¥30,000 for the reservation, as necessary.
19. Please be aware that our facility is located in a natural setting, and insects may enter or be present in the surrounding areas and indoors. Please understand that we cannot offer refunds for cancellations or early departures due to insects.
20. We shall not be held responsible for accidents caused by natural disasters, gas accidents, or other incidents resulting from guest negligence, nor for accidents occurring due to failure to comply with usage regulations.
21. Please refrain from gambling, acts that disturb public order, or any behavior that causes nuisance to neighbors.
22. This facility reserves the right to refuse accommodation contracts to any individual seeking lodging who is a member of organized crime groups, an organized crime group member, an affiliated enterprise or organization, a related party, or any other anti-social force.
23. Cancellation fees for reservations are as follows. The below cancellation fees also apply when changing dates.
    1. Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the check-in date: Free of charge
    2. Cancellations made 29 to 8 days prior: 50% of the total cost
    3. Cancellations made 7 days or less prior: 100% of the total cost
    4. In the event of flight cancellations due to typhoons or other severe weather conditions, no cancellation fees will apply if you provide us with your ticket confirmation (e.g., email).
